What is the notifications number limit?

You are not limited on notifications by email and Microsoft Teams. But you are limited on other types of notifications (SMS, Voice calls, etc) to 10 notifications per user per month on the Free plan, and to 50 per user per month on the Enterprise plan. If you need additional quotas, you can contact us or subscribe to the Premium plan (custom pricing).

Do I need a credit card to subscribe to the Free plan?

No. The Free plan is free, so we'll never request a credit card number to subscribe.

Which user profiles are billed?

Accepted Answer

Billing is simple : if you subscribe to the Enterprise plan then you are billed for each user, regardless of their role. On the Premium plan the billing is made on a custom basis, according to your needs.

Who has access to the data I store in the Astry vault?

Accepted Answer

The data stored in the Astry vault is encrypted end-to-end (encryption happens on the user's browser, not on our servers), which means that you alone can access this data. Neither Astry nor our hosting provider can access it.
